The customer is responsible to provide adequate access to the delivery site. The customer is responsible for compliance with local city and state property permits and ordinances. Rollin Mini Barns and associates will not be responsible for any property damage occurring during delivery.

Customer to provide concrete patio blocks for the driver to level buildings. A level gravel pad is preferred on larger buildings.
